Post Christmas Pre New Year

I've been off the blogging radar. I believe I said in an earlier post that might happen.  I got through Christmas. It's never my favorite time of the year but much more difficult being the first Christmas without Mom.  I was painfully reminded of how she influenced the holiday season throughout my whole life up until now.

I don't have much to post about.  I considered taking a hiatus however I'm not going to be that formal.  If I have something to write about or pictures to post I will.  If not, then there will be nothing.  It hit me I didn't get my camera out any in the last weeks - no pictures of the snow, Christmas etc.  Oh well.

Overall 2009 was not a good year but good things did happen this year.  I'll end the year celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary and being optimistic about 2010. Happy New Year!

No decorations. No tree.  I assume they will make an appearance eventually. I am leaving it up to my family.  I'm fine with whatever happens or doesn't happen. Anyway I looked around and found non holiday beauty.

I think I may take a little blogging break during this busy holiday season.  Then again if something inspires me, I will post.
