Hitting the Pavement Lightly

Multi Colored Sky I really need to get out and take some new pictures instead of recycling these old ones. 2 words to describe this past weekend: wet football. Friday night our son played in a fine mist. Saturday my husband and I went to Boone where the Mountaineers played in rain. Thank goodness we had the proper clothing. Oh and both teams won. Due to the wet conditions, I didn't take my camera to either game.
Today is the first day in weeks my back feels better. I put running on hold. I've done core strengthening exercises and yoga for lower back routines. I'm going to do a light run today and see how I do. Sitting at work seems to bother it the most.

Glad your back is on the mend. Are you sure it's not just BEING at work that bothers it the most? :)

Lovey- you may have a point :). My back does feel the worse when I'm at work on the computer (which is the whole time I'm there) and when sitting on the couch at home with my laptop. I think my back is telling me I spend way too much time on the computer.

Yay to feeling better! What a relief. Feels so much better to MOVE, and it sucks when you can't.

I fell off a horse last week and was too sore to do anything. Today was my first day back just walking 2 1/2 miles, and it felt GREAT.

Back pain is no fun. Hope it is better.
