Little House in the Mountains

In March, Laura (one of my best friends going back to our college days) and I visited the Biltmore House. It is the largest private residence in the United States - home of George and Edith Vanderbilt completed in 1895. It wasn't even their main home! Though it is about 2 1/2 hours from my house, this was only the 2nd time I had visited Biltmore.

Hey, look who's blogging again! I was so happy to see your blog show up near the top of my "recently updated" list! I haven't been to the Biltmore in a couple of years. I love visiting it, particularly the winery.
