My first impressions of them - they are both prettier in person. I'm not saying they don't photographed well because they do but that's what crossed my mind. We had a great time talking about family, friends, blogging, gardening etc. It came out there is a lot of good material I don't blog about. I have to say some interesting events have happened with those around me but I keep in mind anyone can read my blog if they know I blog. Most people don't. If you recall I turned down an interview with a local paper for that very reason.
A few of you asked for pictures. Did I take any? No! I was just too wrapped up in the talking I guess. Hopefully Beth and SugarMama will send me the ones they took.
It was an 1 hr and 15 min drive to SugarMama's. Half the time is on country roads. On the way home I noticed a beautiful moon. I snapped a not so great picture. I was a little concerned I had not pulled off the road enough and afraid someone would come after me with a gun or their dogs for being in the driveway.

I got home and talked with my daughter about her latest project. I'm still not sure what it is:

She's put a lot of work into it. Looks like a home/room design project =)
Isn't it nice to meet "on-line" friends IRL?
it looks like a dollhouse!!!! i happen to love dollhouses and "small" things....
i, too, had a great time last night. and you need to change your picture girl!!!!!!! you are SO cute....don't you dare hide behind your camera anymore....specially since you did't take a single picturre! ;)
How cool that you got to meet Blog friends. If I'm ever in NC maybe we can meet too? You blog is on my short list of sites I visit when I don't have time to read them all.
Nancy - we talk about this last night. I'm hoping blogHer will be on the east coast next year. We will have to meet. I'd visit you but I don't think we will be invited back to Ann Arbor ever again.
Beth - I guess it's a dollhouse but I can't find any dolls only pencils dressed up.
Trish - thanks. I'd love to meet you, too.
Aw, thanks Joan! And it's okay, you can say it. I really don't photograph well. Or at least I'm always surprised by how many chins I appear to have in any photographs of me nowadays. It didn't used to be like that, dammit! Maybe I should just have toe pictures taken from now on...
Love your daughter's project! It totally looks like something my oldest would do. Maybe we SHOULD get them together, huh?
